Please do not include payment-card details, passwords, identity documents or your customers’ personal information. Remove personal information from photographs used to identify a component.

Discussing your request

Your contact details allow BG EBIKE to discuss your model selection, configuration and sourcing requirements with you. Provide your email address for follow-up. A phone or WhatsApp number with country code is optional.

How your inquiry is received

The inquiry form uses Fluent Forms on this WordPress website. Submitted inquiries are stored in the website database for follow-up. A successful submission message confirms that the website has saved the inquiry; it does not confirm an email delivery. Automatic inquiry email notifications are not currently enabled.

Your contact details and communication

An email address is required for inquiry follow-up. A phone or WhatsApp number is optional. Company details and project requirements can help us prepare a relevant response. If you choose to communicate through WhatsApp, that conversation also takes place through WhatsApp and is subject to its privacy terms.

The specification, comparison and requirements tools can create files for you to save. Saving or copying a file is separate from submitting the inquiry form.
